Peach Basil Slush

Ingredients:

  • Fresh peaches or peach puree (add according to the desired serving amount)
  • Water (add according to the desired serving amount)
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, gently bruised by hand to release their aroma
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Sugar (add to taste, ensure sugar content is no less than 4% for proper machine operation)

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. (To ensure proper machine operation, filter out any pulp and do not add any solids.)
  2. Pour the juice into the machine's reservoir container.
  3. Select the "Smoothie" mode for automatic slush preparation, or choose the "Custom" mode to adjust the temperature for different slush consistencies. (Note: The lower the temperature, the thicker the slush.)
  4. When the frozen drink reaches the desired temperature, the machine will emit three beeps.
  5. Dispense and enjoy.
