How soon does an order ship after it's placed?

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours. Once your item has been dispatched, the tracking number will be available in your order details page.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

Customers may initiate a return within 30 days at no cost. Returns can be processed via the order portal or by contacting customer support for a free label. (Note: Exchanges are not available.)

How do I cancel my order?

Customers may cancel their order within 30 minutes via the order portal. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Upon delivery, customers may request a return & refund by contacting support or using the order page.

What if the product I want to buy is out of stock?

In the event that a desired product is listed as out of stock, customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team to inquire about availability or expected restock timelines. Our representatives will make every effort to assist, and once the item becomes available, a notification email will be sent.

Are there any discounts or promotions available for the product?
